Purpose
These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Redfish mobile app and related services, published by [publisher — to be completed]. By creating an account, you accept these Terms and our privacy policy. The French version of these Terms prevails in case of discrepancy.
Access and account
- You must be at least 15 years old to use Redfish.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to create only one personal account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Data & privacy).
The service
Redfish lets you take photos with virtual “cameras” that have a limited number of shots (monthly rolls, shared rolls, event cameras). Photos cannot be edited and are revealed when the roll is developed.
We regularly improve the service and may add, change or remove features. We strive to keep it available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access (maintenance, incidents).
Your content
You own the photos you take. To run the service, you grant Redfish a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, reproduce and display your content only to the people you share it with, for as long as the content is kept.
You agree not to post content that is:
- illegal, violent, hateful, harassing or discriminatory;
- sexual content involving minors, or pornographic;
- infringing on other people’s privacy or image rights — ask for consent from the people you photograph;
- infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.
Reporting and moderation
You can block a user and request the removal of a photo of you. Clearly illegal content can also be reported to contact@red-fish.app. We may remove content, suspend or delete an account in case of a breach of these Terms or of the law.
Events and payments
- The organizer of an event is responsible for its content and the invitations they send.
- Creating some events is paid. The price including taxes is shown before you confirm. Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
- Since the event camera is delivered immediately after payment, you expressly request performance of the service before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). You can still cancel for a few seconds after creation.
Intellectual property
The Redfish brand, logo, illustrations, interface and app code are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Liability
You are solely responsible for the content you post and how you use the service. Redfish cannot be held liable for content posted by users or for temporary service interruptions, within the limits allowed by law.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. For significant changes, you will be informed in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Redfish means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, please contact us first at contact@red-fish.app to find an amicable solution. As a consumer, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge: [mediator name and contact — to be completed]. Failing that, French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
